Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

Take clear photographs and/or a video of the package before opening it.
Keep the original packaging and shipping label safely.
Contact us as soon as possible with the relevant photos/videos and order details.

This will help us investigate the issue with the courier partner and assist you accordingly.
